Shipping policy

We ship building materials to the contiguous United States only. In-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Custom-made wood products require 8–20 business days for production before shipment. Large or heavy construction items require freight delivery; shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions and delivery location. Free economy shipping applies to domestic orders of $150 or more, including orders requiring freight delivery.

Estimated transit time after dispatch is 3–7 business days for parcel shipments and 7–14 business days for freight delivery of large building materials. Transit time is additional to processing or production time. Delivery estimates are for reference only. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, remote locations or oversized cargo. Once dispatched, we will send tracking information by email.

Inspect all packages immediately upon arrival. Report visible damage, missing or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We are not liable for damage reported after this window.

Residential, liftgate service and remote-area freight surcharges are waived on domestic orders of $150 or more. These surcharges may apply to orders below $150. We reserve the right to adjust shipping rates without prior notice.
